RSA – New Reports
The following reports are specific to RSA and need to be imported (instructions follow).
Stats SA (Real Number 768)
The Stats SA Report records payroll related information used by the Department of Statistics South Africa, who provide scientific knowledge that enables society to understand complex socio-economic phenomena.
The Stats SA report is currently part of SMART reporting. The SMART reports are created using ODBC and must be purchased at an additional cost.
It currently makes business sense to include this report as part of our standard reports for South African Companies.
UI19 – Declaration of Information of Commercial Employees and Workers Employed in a Private Household (Real Number 769)
The UI19 lists all new appointments, terminations and employees on maternity leave for the previous month.
This form must be submitted to the Unemployment Insurance Fund by the seventh day of each month.
It records the following employee information:
- Initials and Surname
- ID Number
- Monthly Gross Remuneration
- Total Hours worked per Month
- Employment Commencement Date
- Termination Date
- Reason Code for Termination
- Whether the employee is a contributor or not
- Reason for Non-Contribution
